Reaper's Sky 1.2.0: building mods — Chisel Reborn, Supplementaries, Architect's Palette (+6)

Add Chisel Reborn 2.0.1 (chisel + block variants), Supplementaries 3.9.1
(+ Moonlight 3.4.1), and Architect's Palette 1.4.0-beta.5 to the Building
category. Adds transitive libs architectury-api 13.0.11 and cryonicconfig
1.0.0. Client 101->107 mods, server 82->88. Rebuilt mrpack + mods.json.
