# dependencies

### make python VENV

`python -m venv venv`

### activate VENV

`source venv/bin/activate`

### install dependencies

`pip install evdev websockets`

### run the script (inside VENV)

`python input.py`

### Important note for wayland.

make sure to change your input access rules.

`sudo usermod -aG input $USER`

then reboot for this to take effect.

### Node backend dependencies

`npm install`
