pl_mpeg

host/src/movie/pl_mpeg2.h is pl_mpeg by Dominic Szablewski (https://github.com/phoboslab/pl_mpeg), extended here for MPEG-2. It is under the MIT licence below.

The MPEG-2 coefficient table B.15 and the run/level order in that file are data from ISO/IEC 13818-2, cross-checked against FFmpeg's libavcodec/mpeg12data.c.

jak-project's 989snd (ISC)

host/src/rac1/snd989.c and host/src/rac1/snd989_tables.h (the host's 989snd IOP driver) follow the jak-project's reimplementation of 989snd (https://github.com/open-goal/jak-project, game/sound/989snd and game/sound/common, by Ziemas) for the sound-effect grain semantics, the LFOs, the volume and pan rules (MakeVolume, AdjustVolToGroup), the note-to-pitch conversion, and they take from it the note pitch table, the pan table and the SPU's Gaussian interpolation table. Those files are under the ISC licence:

The SPU2 reverb in the same file is written from the hardware's formula as documented in nocash's psx-spx; its preset register values are the PlayStation sound library's effect modes.
